Well, I can tell you this. There are only 54 wedges instead of 60, and only two of them (instead of three) are worth 20 to 1. One of the non-numbered spots are bordered by spaces worth 1 to 1 while the other has 1 on one side and 2 on the other side.

Thanks for the info. But I took the wheel to create original sector of the games on the NES. There are 60. There is even a stub for a wheel with the money, but I don't know how to do it.
