Tsagaan Khass, or White Swastika, is a Mongolian neo-Nazi organisation with between 3,000 to 100 members. Founded in the early 1990s and based in the Mongolian capital, Ulaanbataar, they strive to revive the Mongolian Empire and to greater extent the Thrid German Reich. Through the teachings of Genghis Khan and Adolf Hitler they combat foreign influence, most Chinese and Korean, by raiding stores and murdering foreign tourists and business men. In 2013 they changed their policy of violence. Now using their strength they protect Mongolia's environment and national identity by raiding and shutting down foreign mines established by companies such as Rio Tinto.

Uniformity is somewhat lacking in Mongolian neo-Nazi groups. Tsagaan Khass is by far the largest neo-Nazi group in Mongolia however they often work alongside other neo-Nazi organisations such as Dayar Mongol (Whole Mongolia), Gal Udesten (Fire Nation), and Khukh Mongol (Blue Mongolia). Each organisation has uniforms which differ from the next. Tsagaan Khass wears more SS style uniforms and other black clothes. Dayar Mongol wears many blue silk clothes as well as modern combat uniforms decorated in Mongolian and Nazi insignia. Gal Udesten is based outside of Ulaanbataar and is made up of mostly farmers and nomads so they wear varying traditional steppe clothes and are almost always mounted.

This particular piece is of a Tsagaan Khass officer. Calling it an officer uniform is a long stretch but is the closest equivalent available. The uniform consist of two identical tunics similar to the SS cut, worn on top of eachother with the organisation's insignia mounted on the left collar of both. Generic black cargo pants are worn with generic military looking jack boots. The hat is a German bergmütze style field cap which seems to be a cheap modern reproduction. Most insignia is varying Nazi insignia and worn however the wearer cares. The arm band is black with a red circle and the organisation's signature white swastika.
