I told another lie today
And I got through this day
No one saw through my games

No carb diets don't work. You need to take the mentality of "diet" out of your mind. Change the way you eat, forever. Are you really going to be able to NEVER eat sugar or carbs again? I doubt it... when you do, you'll get fat again.
