Or, an episode I dearly love, "Co-dependent's Day" where Marge gets well oiled.

She did that in the one where they go to Burns mansion for a company picnik in season one as well, Marge seems to have a drinking problem.

What I really loved was that Marge turns into a total nut when she's tipsy.

Yet she's supposed to be the responsible one.

At least Prof. Frink has the ability to think problems like this over and, hopefully, come up with a solution whereas Bart or Homer in a similar situation would be SO fudge-packing their undies, n'yuk, n'yuk, n'yuk! Nice little giant themed pic with an amusing peek at Frink's lab journal. Sorry you had such a lousy event at work. Hopefully drawing this pic helped you to relax. A little nip wouldn't hurt either.

Thanks! Red wine doesn't hurt ::chuckles:: Hopefully we got everything ironed out. They basically closed my work station for budget cuts until January 1, and never even bothered to tell me; I first found out from my delivery vendors. Management had to apologize for not telling Robert and I. Hopefully they can still give us our 40 hours - they've vowed to try. Cretins. Anyway, this was a fun project...I loved her face and eyes. I love that sinister, cantankerous look.

"Closed until January 1"? Talk about the mother of all drags! I pray you at least receive your 40 hours. As for the picture, your ability to make Lisa look truly menacing is getting better and better.

I also found out, from a vendor, that our parent company is for sale, which is probably causing all of this stuff to happen. I feel like the last to know any of this stuff. The business world always works this way - like doing a drug deal in a dark alley in the middle of the night.

How true. Sad, but true. And it's always the employees who suffer - the bosses masturbate on your cupcake and expect you to call it icing. Just the same, you know that if you and Nan are up against it, you can always come to me for help.

I appreciate the offer, but I've always got other things on the side that I can lean on for help. My sister-in-law runs a nearby Avis branch, and I've been known to ferry rental cars for her. It was just an upsetting day finding out the way I did; two bosses have already had to mea culpa to us, one in an e-mail and one in person. And just when I thought I could boo-hoo for myself, I found out that same day that a courier we knew really well lost his wife. I was reminded of what my mother always told me - "I used to cry because I had no shoes, until I met the man who had no feet."

Well it's good to know that you have other resources to help you out. Please consider me another resource. As I always like to tell people when things are tough, "If you can't get through the front door, then try the back door. It's usually open."

I don't know if I remember that one, but I remember when she had to take an anti-depressant and got really stoned.

i loved her in seasons 1 and 2 the most because she did have a goofy side to her, but she still had a sense of morality and was smart. As well as these types of moments, lmao

Oh, the good old days on that show when the art was terrible and the writing was great. Episodes like "Homer's Odyssey" and "Life on the Fast Lane." Back in the days when Homer was just a grump, and didn't act like a mentally handicapped child.
