nat nough composition, but the white stuff and rain or whatnot makes it look worse than it should

Yes, I blurred it too much in the background layer of rain. I was going for that "wet" look. The white stuff is supposed to be steam from their body warmth, but I suppose I shouldn't have made it too white on the ground, and put some transparency on it.
