Description Well I was watching Clash of the Titans, and I have to say....I was let down. In general, the effects were amazing, but it left me feeling like there was no way to connect to the different characters. I guess there were just too many and too little time to know them. However, I have to say it was much easier to get through this one than any other one. Seriously, if you have not seen the old one, you have not known a freaky movie. I had nightmares for a week!

Anyway, this is a watercolor piece I call, Aetos, it means 'eagle'. He is not based on any particular god or demigod or anything, I just googled a Greek name that went with his appearance. This is probably one of my favorites so far, and no it's not because he's naked. So for those of you who are always like ew they're naked when I draw naked people, just move on with your life. Do you look at yourself in the shower and go ew I'm naked? No, don't think so.

Aaaaa-nyhoo, I really liked the idea of demigods, I didn't know about them till Clash of the Titans, so there you go, you learn a little everyday. Also, Liam Neeson is a terrible Zeus, and Zeus is a terrible god! But the guy who played Hades, aw man he is my new deadly hero. Whats his face...let me google this....Ralph Fiennes, I have to say I've seen Maid in Manhattan and The Dutches, and I have to say, he is not really my silver screen cup of tea. Still, I have to say I was impressed, there is absolutely no one else who could have nailed that part.

Actually I don't know, I still really like the Hades from the Disney movie 'Hercules'. He's so stink'n funny, now I don't know which one I like better. By the way, my fiance has not seen that full movie! I don't even know if he's seen part of it! So we're watching it tonight, and he'll tell me which Hades is better. He's in love with Liam Neeson, I can't stand him. If I was the king's wife and Liam Neeson sneaked into my room, I would have opened up a can of whoop-donkey on his sorry Olympian behind right there, and when the king came back he'd find Liam Neeson running in circles around the room, and me chasing him with a wet towel, snapping it like a mad grandma whose pie was spilled on the floor by the neighbor's annoying giant dog.
By the way, I personally think this movie would have been much more cooler if Hans Zimmer was the composer. The guy who did it, Ramin Djawadi, he did a really great job, but every time I hear the music and be like man that music is amazing! I always find out it was Hans Zimmer! Ah! Like if anyone has not seen Rango, I won't ruin it for you, I would say its definitely worth watching though But through the entire movie I was like daaaang this music is good! And there you go. I wonder if Clint Eastwood liked that movie.

I loved the rant, I actually agreed with the whole part of Clash of the Titans. The old one was much better and more accurate to the story. The Medusa part in the second one was good though, I have to give them that.
I like your concept of Aetos. As a fanatic of my own culture's myth you made me wonder for a moment cause I thought "OMG THERES A DEMIGOD WE DIDNT LEARN ABOUT IN SCHOOL"
The wings are really nice and he SHOULD be naked, I doubt he would care much of wearing clothes if he could fly around. I know I wouldn't XD

I liked the whole scene with Medusa, but honestly I thought the effects were a little lame compared to the rest of the movie's effects, but I don't know:}

Thank you! I don't remember the Hades from the old one, I just remember the old movie was scary because of the claymation
But yes, the Hades from Hercules is hilarious and the Hades from Clash of the Titans is awesome!
