As the evil sorcerer chanted,
runes were starting to appear on the floor beneath him
The knight's horse was startled,
and its owner lost control of it,
and fell off to the ground looking at his horse flee
Perhaps he should have followed,
after all, animals can sense danger way better than humans
The knight stayed,
and charged recklessly towards the mage
The young magic wielder smirked,
he was amused at such display of foolishness
He looked right into the knight with a piercing cold stare
The warrior suddenly froze,
it wasn't a spell, nor a curse
No, he froze out of fear,
he could see his death in the conjurer's eyes
The once mighty fighter went down to his knees,
he knew he was doomed,
and as his last act,
he prayed to the gods for salvation
The mage lifted his hand,
and pointed it at him
A myriad of energies flowed into his hand,
shifting, merging with another,
and when enough power was gathered,
it was released
A humongous beam shot out of the magician's hand,
flew towards the armored human,
and in an instant,
the knight was no more...

Strange, I suddenly got all this little scene into my head. It was very quick, and unexpected too, but I rather like it
I saw the robed mage, with a hood covering half his face, and even though he was small in size, whereas the knight was big and had powerful muscles, the mage was far stronger, and evil. Wow. Definitely unexpected

Anyways, I hope you like both the fractal and the story with it. If you didn't guess, the fractal is supposed to be the beam the mage cast to vanquish the knight.
