Description *Updated* - redone the colours and pencils.

This is Arwen UndΓ³miel as played by Liv Tyler in the film Lord of The Rings. I tend to watch the trilogy far too often (the extended versions too!)

It's a pencil drawing (2B mechanical pencil), done on A5 Bristol Board, digitally coloured in PS. Β It took around 15 hours to complete.

Thanks very much! It's based on the outfit she wore in LoTR whilst being chased by the Witch Kings, with a few modifications to the details to make it stand out more.

Ta muchly...it's about time I did some LoTR stuff, in fact any stuff at all right now is a bonus! I'll put up the pencil version soon...and as much as I love pencil, using PS to colour it does bring the pic to life a bit more...still playing with this pencil/colour hybrid technique and when I have a spare 30 hours will colour the Grey Knights pic too
