Lover her look, the sense of motion with the wind, slither of snakes. Beautiful.

Your artwork is amazing, I'm so jealous of how you can do it all on photoshop. I have paintshop pro 7 which is similar in ways but I don't think I could ever make things like that. Great job ^_^

Excellent work! I like the fluid motion you put into the background, clothing and 'hair'.

i think you could write an entire story around her, just by lookin at this piece i wonder who, what, where, about her... i want to know more of her character.. i love the detail and the depth you accomplished using such a dark palette, i believe the costume to be very unique and the entire image smoothes together very well

whoa...like a modern day Medusa femme fatale. i loooove the colors you used--dark and cold; deadly almost. parfait, HB.

you did a really good job making those snakes flow without loosing the illusion of hair and not letting us forget they are snakes either. Great job over all!

Darn, that's some crazy patience haku. Those snakes must've taken forever! It looks awesome overall, but when you look at where the snakes connect to her scalp, it kind of seems like there needs to be a more defined transition.
I'm totally digging the veil! It looks like there could be a surprise beneath it. <3

Ooh, I see what you mean about that hairline. I don't touch pics again once I've added my sig onto them, but hmm.... maybe a little more speckled pattern at the base of the snakes to smooth the transition? Or do you mean it would have been better to start the snakes more abruptly?
Yeah, the snakes did take forever. I was thinking, why couldn't the gorgons have had worms for hair, huh? Worms would have been a bit easier. :-P

I was thinking more abrupt. I was just looking at pictures of greek scultures of Medusa, and most of them hide the hairline under snakesβsuch a cop out.
