Description
It's one thing to try and capture what a person looks like, but it's harder to capture their personality and place it on a canvas.

This is one of the few sketches of Yeshua that became a semi-realistic rough painting. I really wanted to show the warmness of his eyes and how calm and patient He is, while at the same time showing strength and protectiveness. I notice Yeshua's personality is multidimensional, like a double edged sword - some days you'll see his tender side and then other days you'll see how angry he is when something is coming against you.

As for the modern attire, well, I choose to focus on the persona rather than the outside. Sorry for being unorthodox on that aspect, but I encourage you to be a judge of character and not a judge of the book cover. Again, it's challenging to paint a persona on a canvas, but I think I made significant progress to that.

I'm not for the iconic Jesus, but rather the personal Yeshua you'd rarely hear of on this side of the globe.
