Description
USS Yankton. This was a kitbash I did ages ago from mod ships for Bridge Commander (on Filefront). I'm using it to test rendering and lighting. All my previous trek pics were done in a game engine, and as such suffered from bad lighting/shadows which couldn't be fixed. Decided to make an Orthos, and yes I know, the ship isn't symmetrical, but it was never intended to be photographed from perspective angles and was put together rather quickly for fun.

The ship design is based off of the carrier from Axanar (which itself is based off JJtrek) This is what one would look like refitted to TOS technologies.
