Description Ushirome (後眼): Ushirome is a mysterious youkai which first appeared in the book, "Hyakkiyagyou Emaki" (百鬼夜行絵巻; 1832). It has one eye behind its head and one sharp nail. There is no more description about this youkai. But some believe that this youkai might be related to another youkai with similar feature, called "Oyanirami" (親にらみ) which was drawn on a picture scroll in Edo period, Hyakumonogatari Bakemono Emaki (百物語化絵絵巻; 1780).

I always think having an eye at the back is an ingenious idea. You basically can see 360 degree of view without any issue.

Have you consider to make a book talking about the yokai and goddess? I guess that will be quite awesome. It can be educational in Japanese folklores and as a art gallery in a book.

Wow, I love the bottom one. I think it will quite inconvenient when she want to see one object. Besides, she may need a lots of eye drops if her eye itch lol.
