I'm guessing that med-tool's nozzle has both a retractable syringe* for medicine/painkiller and a sprayer for bio-foam, correct?
*: Which I assume easily replacable after several injections? Or the med-tool has internal self-sanitizion feature for the syringe instead?

The little silver/grey bit on the front is loaded with 6 syringes and once they've all been used it pops off and another cartridge can be attached. There's a small nozzle that extends to spray the biofoam which can be used even if there's no syringe cartridge installed.
