This is SCP-1048 with SCP-1048-A, a replica of 1048 built from human ears ! LoL Read the document !
Drawing inspired by this excerpt from the document:
SCP-1048-A was discovered wandering Site 24, accompanied by SCP-1048. Subject resembles a teddy bear similar in size and shape to SCP-1048, but is made entirely out of human ears. Witnesses interviewed reported that it appeared SCP-1048 was giving a "tour" of Site 24 to SCP-1048-A.

I can't believe I never commented on this. This was the first fanart of SCP-1048 that I was made aware of, thanks to my wife's cousin alerting me about it on Facebook. And to this day, it's still my favorite.
When I wrote 1048 I never pictured 1048-A as being bloody or being stapled together, but that's what I love about this interpretation. It captures the whimsy of the moment, while the bloody paw prints hint at the wrongness of it all.

This is the first of SCP-1048's creations.
The second one was a teddy bear with a fetus inside of it. The third one was a bear made of rusted metal parts and could literally "jump through people" to attack.
