Those of you familiar with spiders will know that the Brown Recluse is one of the most venomous spiders in North America. They are recognized by the violin shaped marking on their back and are often known as "Fiddleback Spiders."

The hexagon shape of the panel I painted on was intentional, and I built it myself. Painting is roughly 36 inches from longest points, and is 24 inches wide. This thing, simply put, was a bitch to paint. Photo is a little weird because oil is so reflective and I'm too lazy to do a proper studio setup for photoshoots.
