Breaking the barrierAnya realized there is a little problem with communication: The Language Barrier, but since the belselian team have Madoka, a communications expert, she was prepared for this situation and using the aid of a sophisticated device, she manages to solve this problem. Now comes the next problem: How they may save commander Skyline from Mia's hugs?

*Walks a bit closer and take some pictures with my phone, send them to the President. Wait a few seconds and calls back*
Me- Did you get the pictures?

If I may make a suggestion though. It was already established previously that their language sounds like mouse squeaks to humans. There is no need to put a note every time they aren't speaking English that it sounds like squeaking, that has already been established, and it makes the page both look cluttered and annoying to read.
Typically in comics when the author wants to show people are speaking different languages but still write it in English so the reader can understand, they embed them in brackets like {}, <>, [], or ().. typically with the English... or whatever language is the equivalent of "English" in that setting not having any brackets. Its a very quick and simple way to illustrate people are speaking a different language while still letting the reader understand what they are saying.
Just make sure the brackets stay the same for each language. If you choose to make the cat language use <> for example, it should always be <> when Kanade is speaking the cat language, not suddenly switch to {} or () or whatever.
