I feel your pain with scanners (they always manage to make my art look worse), but I see nothing wrong with this! I particularly like the crinkles and dimples that you drew; they really bring out Bofur's cheekiness and humour. I also really like the range in textures that you've done, and the detail in the hair is epic!

I try to work textures and shadow but the scanner works like a photograph with excess light exposure orz ><
