I know little to nothing about the game but she looks badass!
The angle of the piece is creative and makes her feel very dominant and powerful due to us being below her.
Her cheeky smile adds a sense of playfulness and mischief to the character.
The shading and use of light is close to flawless.
I like the spooky background and how happy she appears, like this where she belongs, a woman of the night.
The only way I think it could be slightly improved is add dark shades of grey to the moon to make to look more real.
This is a very atmospheric and gothic piece which is really nice to look at.

You're pretty much on point. Vayne is an Attack Damage Carry (ADC for short) usually a "carry-the-game" champion and is a monster hunter.
