Title is a lyric from 'Rooftops' by Lostprophets. I downloaded their iTunes Essentials compilation last night (I've been meaning to do it since seeing them at Reading Festival in August), and I must have listened to this song about six times today!

I recently transferred all the files from my old laptop back onto my new one (they were all lost when the new laptop's hard-drive died), and tonight I was sifting through all my art folders looking for WIPs. And I found this. If I remember correctly I was going to do a 'Two Years On, New and Improved' version of this drawing: [link] (which would have been Trev and Etoile's two year anniversary because this is the picture in which they became official mates). If you check out the date, that was back in last May, so you can see how long this has been gathering dust.
My style has changed so much and improved so much since then, that I just can't face finishing it. There are so many bits about it that I hate (Trev's horn, Etoile's mane/tail...), and I've just lost my way with it. But at the same time I put so much time and effort into this that I can't face letting it rot, so here it is for your enjoyment.
The background is something I quickly threw together while I was without my tablet . It's a bit rubbish, but it amused me that I'd inadvertently posed them in an almost heart-shape.

There is more up to date Trev and Etoile artwork in the pipes, so keep your eyes peeled for that in the near future, along with some other proper art and the my New Years (belated Xmas) gifts.
