Requested stamp.While it is true there are some animes where the animation quality is just horrible, hurried, and sloppy, there are also many others with beautiful animation.

I know this is a request, but animeβs with βbadβ animation are often choppy so that they can get finer details in the frames themselves, and spend less time making the animation look smoother. They also generally save the good animation for fight scenes, not scenes where they are talk to each other while eating Becfast

It really depends on what you watch. I suggest looking more into it before making things like this that apply to everything. Some more recent anime with exellent animation inlude Shingatsu wa kimi no osu, hanayamata, and Haikuu.

As someone who's been animating for a while and is an avid animation fan altogether, it astounds me how little effort seems to go into most anime. The movements always seem stiff, and the lipsinc is lazy beyond all belief.

I'm pretty sure sailor moon has been created for a marketing gimmick. I couldn't stand either dubs of the show, usagi's voice was so fucking annoying in the english and japanese that I can't even get to 56 episodes.

Back to the subject: Again, a few .GIFs aren't convincing anybody. Do you know how many animes (??) exist? It's, like, a big number. Posting a few examples when the other person is referring to the genre as a whole isn't very smart.

I could tell you the same. A few animes with average animation doesn't mean all of them are like that. It's a big number. What you did in the stamp is generalizing. And then you don't like it when I do the same. Of course, generalizing is never fun.
Trust me, I've watched a lot of anime and read a lot of manga, and at least half of it have amazing art and animation.

Nobody is saying all of them are like that; you're strawmanning. What the OP is doing in critizising a genre in general for a trend that should go away -- being lazy.

Difference is that I could link you to Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, One Peace, Lucky Star, etc -- all of them well-known series of the genre, which anyone could name -- while you give me (probably) two underground examples you don't even know the names of. Not the same situation.

Legend of the Legendary Heroes [Seriously, everyone's forgetting it! I mean, it's probably one of THE best anime out there, yet it's only got around 20 eps and the guys didn't bother finishing it. :/ lazy-ass people.]
I'd put Alive, as well as Kaze no Stigma and some others if you're interested but not sure if Alive is animated and Kaze no Stigma is gaining popularity.

How does it have to do with anything? Let me clarify. I only gave you this post because it's the best example for AMAZING animation, and I remembered I reblogged this. That's all. It doesn't mean this is the only example of good art and animation. Plus, Naruto and Lucky Star have good art - not my fault if you consider good art to be only the top of the top, like those I linked you to. Knowing or not knowing the names is irrelevant. I gave you examples of amazing art. That's all. Caring for your laziness and giving you the name of every good anime and manga in the world is not my job. Sorry.
They are NOT specific and scarce. There are lots and lots of well drawn anime and manga out there. If you know they exist, you shouldn't speak like ALL of the anime ever created is bad. Again, that's just laziness.

It's not lazy, actually. The animation is done before the scripting, and it's much easier to watch and dub that way.
