"Star! Thank the Fallen Princesses! I thought you were dead!", Windy found herself sobbing and shaking as embraced the girl she assumed to be long gone. Closing in their distance to make sure she wasn't dreaming.

Starchaser couldn't help but chuckle of happiness, "I thought I was dead. But my Mom saved me.", she looked briefly over her shoulder at Pinkie Pie, showing a warm smile.

"She took me far away from here and nursed me back to health. If not for her...", Star bit her lower lip as felt an unbearable pain in her chest, "I'd be dead like my Mother..."

Windy pulled Star close against her muscular form, "No one is going to take you away from us, Star. Not Tirek's followers, not the jerk king himself. You can bet on it!"

Well then! Guess what my rotten brain cooked up this time! An alternative apocalypse universe sorta like the old one I did with the Mane Six, except this one is focused on their kids. Veeeeery original brain, that wasn't done before. XD

Ok I'm not going in depth with this timeline, just like everything else I do unfortunately! But here's what I thought for it.

(Heck I haven't drawn Windy and Star in such a long time, such blasphemy! XD)

---Apocalypse Windyverse Timeline---

The timeline where the Four Princesses, Discord and Shining Armor, die at the hands of Tirek, as he returns from Tartarus, and the new generation is submitted to a life of servitude to the lord of Darkness.

The Mane Five and their families are torn apart, and in a desperate attempt to restore what was lost, Starchaser rashly attempts to face the tyrant alone with her Unicorn Magic. But she's struck down just like her mother, Twilight Sparkle, was in the past.

Star miraculously survives the deathblow that perforated the back of her head, but unfortunately falls into a coma. Pinkie Pie desperately takes her daughter far away from the fallen kingdom and hide in secret, hoping that Star regains her consciousness someday.

Despite Star's rash actions, it brought back the flames of courage and hope from Equestria, starting with Windy Belle and Harmony, her cousin Gallant Shield and the Royals, and all of her close friends. And eventually reached out for the entire kingdom, which evolved to the Equestrian Resistance that would take on Tirek's armies.

Under the command of Radiance and Gallant, the Resistance fought back the dark king's armies until they were drawn back to the area around Canterlot over the course of 3 years.
With Gallant's Magic Shielded knights to protect them from the deadly attacks, and Radiance's powerful healing magic to cure the wounded, the Equestrians kept their numbers high without many losses.

As the final showdown approaches the Resistance is surprised by an unexpected return from Pinkie Pie and Starchaser, who seems to be almost fully recovered. Star points out that the head trauma blocked most of her magical potential whenever she tries to use it. And when she struggles to remember her fight against Tirek she freezes and starts to panic (she suffers from PTSD at this point).
