Description
In a far less grey area than her golden counterpart is the Human Thunderbolt here. Like Dawn-Marie, Latisha Choy was freed from her pending entree'-hood and given the chance to become a superhero in service to the petrified God of Justice, King Kolah. Since, in her mind, ANYTHING was better than the foster care system she'd spent her life lost in, she didn't just jump at the chance, she lunged at its throat, and the mighty She-Boom was born.

Her powers come from the Amulet of Annihilation, the spiffy leg band she's wearing that was formerly used by the oh-so-Golden-Age-named Lash Lightning. While her super-strength and invulnerability isn't in Dawn's league, more of a Spider-Man level in the former case, the Amulet more than compensates by granting her super-speed, even in flight, and the ability to hurl lightning bolts, although she needs to recharge every once in a while from some kind of electrical source. Her costume, however, belonged to the original Firefly, resized to fit her tiny frame (the Amulet used to be worn around Lash's BICEP).

This one arrived fully-formed in my head, although she was originally going to wear the Black Terror's suit and call herself "Terror Girl." I figure, maybe later...
