My creator would think that they would only talk by clicking, unless they had a translator collar and when the collar is on I don't know if they would have an accent.
My creator also thinks that Bioware should make a collector squad member as a DLC

LOL.... X3 I'd kill and pay to get a Collector Squadmate... and perhaps it would show Shepard that not all Collectors are evil or hopelessly mind enslaved. In the last and latest Multiplayer DLC for Mass Effect 3, there is an Awakened Collector as a class kit, an adept to boot too. :3

I made a story where Shepard gets a Collector squadmate and even I haven't thought about making it a romancable partner
