Okay, so I tried to draw something fluffy, failed, and ended up with this instead. It's a toony version of my hellhound character, Lear.Lear is the alpha male of the principal hellhound pack. He's vaguely based on Spitz from Call of the Wild, in that he's white and fights a lot. Both quotes are from Shakespeare plays--I forget where the first one came from (Julius Caesar, maybe), but the second is from King Lear. I loves that play so.

oh!..lovely hell hound!!^^..reminds me of this thing?.i had to create in 8th grade..we ahd to roll dice to see what kinda things we;'d have to make our prehistoric animals have on them?..mine ended up being a wolf-ish body back feet were cloved hooves like a deer..a deer-ish tail, rams horns and wolf ears and large sabre fangs and four eyes!..it turned out really!well!!..i loved the damn thing!!../but?.the friggin teacher never gave me back my picture!!>.<..but?.now after seeing this?..im gonna run off and be happy and draw my 'hellhound' again!!..i'll put it in my gallery if you wanna see what mine looks like!!^^..check it out sdomeimte![soon..i;'ve got alot of submissions i need to make!..so?.check my gallery here in a day or so!^^]..it's up to you?..dun havfta if you dont wanna?.just thought i'd let ya know refering to your note under the pic...anyway!?.gonna dop draw now!!^^

I'm really glad you aren't one of those people who say "OMG, DON'T STEAL MY IDEAS!!! THEY'RE ORIGINAL AND THEIR MINE!!! KEEP AWAY!!!" I've seen some people who have done that and claimed the thing as their own when it's pretty common knowledge that they came from somewhere else...

What I find amazing is that only you and one other person have actually thought that I am attempting to claim the mythological hell hound as my own creation. Hang on a minute--I have to go sue Shakespeare for using the term in Macbeth.

BTW, LOVE the quotes and the doggy and the horns. I suck when it comes to Photoshop or whatever, I can manipulate pictures but I can't fix them up like that. Lear RULES!
