Description LATE HALLOWEEN PROJECT. I WAS SUPOSED TO SUBMIT THIS FOR HALLOWEEN, BUT I LOST IT UNTIL A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO.

Anyway, here's another Seras Victoria in a frenzy state of mind..........I like it when se's like this. She is ferocious. >W< inspiration was based on an AMV my friend pointed out to me. [link]

Thanks. The creepiest version i found of her was this. I enjoy also bring her out more without the blocky cell shading.ma little blending here and there makes it look better as a portrait like this.
