It's not Seras, it's a cosplayer. I can literally link you right to the reference you got this from. Borrowing a pose is one thing, but the facial structure, line for line, that's when it stops being a fanart for Seras (or any other character of anime) and starts being a fanart for said cosplayer.

Ok then that's fine. Then could you remove the ones I submitted of these two friends of mine then? Not to be rude or offensive, but I don't want any part of any group who won't accept art because of who the person cosplaying is.

Absolutly great and beautiful.
Her eyes are wonderful Very plastic with very realistic shadows.
Her face with the bones and muscles is very well done. Mainly her left side is great.
Her nose is super. I find it the hardest to draw hair and noses and that's here is great.
Her mouth, too. Versy sweet theeth!
