Jesus! Talk about a killing blow! In the past, Erza was able react projectiles flying over five hundred miles per hours (example: A speeding bullet), but Zoro move faster than the human eye can see. Which's five time more faster than a speeding bullet, Erza didn't really rely on speed anyway in most battles and there wasn't any evidence of her armor requip magic could've helped close wide of the gap. Erza did have more options in defense and weaponary, unfortunately for her, she was simply outclassed in damage dealt with. Even with Erza's artificial eye that may see through Zoro's nine-sword style illusion, but couldn't prevented his actual attack physically. Erza was mostly self-taught while proficient with blades, but Zoro did intense training with swords since his childhood years, even with the greatest swordsman in the world up close is exactly what he was looking for. Looks like Erza won't be getting a "Fairy Tail Ending".
