Description
I decided to try a portrait for Piccolo although I want to make a full body piece for him as well...Bare with me, this is the first time ever that I painted a face like this! oO
So yeah, it's very crappy. And I am sure there are people who won't like the way his face looks (kinda sad...? WTF?). I just went with the flow so he turned out the way he did, period. More like an exercise, I really suck so hard at rendering any human form, argh!! ><'
Will most likely scrap this later...

edit: actually, you guys are right, made some quick changes to his face to represant his nature better...

Why is it that every realistic portrait of Piccolo has him with a somber or angry look on his face? Still pretty good, though.

Wicked, he's such an awesome character X3 Only note would be that the dark piece in the center of his upper lip, below his nose, should be thinner and rectangular (tall and straight), rather than trapezoid. Take a look in the mirror at the center of your upper lip. Although I could be wrong, either way, I really like this piece X3

i think youve captured the later Piccolo perfectly. in the Dragon Ball years he was warped, and sometimes in DBZ he would come off as synical, but as far as his character towards the end...this is it ^^. great job!

It's not too bad, but it doesn't completely capture who he is as a character, and there are a few different facial characteristics that he has.
