It would just look like her normal fighter mode with a big ass bomb underneath Grav...assuming it was possible for her to go into jet mode.
As for her being biological, or at least a sort of cyborg - I'd say it's quite possible, sort of like a human replica droid from the Star Wars universe. The game obviously takes place far into the future, so having her as a cyborg would make perfect sense.
I'm not into the whole pregnant thing, but have to admit that her coy expression is equal parts "I'm pregnant, so what?" and "what the hell was I thinking?"

I love pictures like this. She's well into her third trimester, but having her lean against the wall with that coy expression on her face makes me think that she knows she's a really hot pregnant woman and she doesn't mind if sad sacks like me ogle away.
Facial expressions can really make or break a picture, especially when you're trying to play on emotions or tug on heartstrings. Her smile here really makes her ever more pleasing to the eye.
This isn't a "cuddly" type of pregnancy picture, but it doesn't try to be (I enjoy those too, but I often prefer these). This is an open letter to the Internet that says "I am a Maieusophile. Look it up. Google it or something.".
