Description A different 3D journey using *Zueuk 's the Apo 3D Hack version. Started with some of the params from 'DragonWinter 's chat log [link] and then twisted it in this dark direction. Still need to learn and tweak more I think - really wanted the impact object to have a clearer form - but this is where I got before the law of diminishing returns started to take over.

Thanks Natalie! It seemed to take an inordinate amount of time adjusting the transforms and gradient as well to get this result - but it worked so it's all goodness! I may have figure this one out (and a couple of others as well) but it's almost like learning a whole new thing. But you know what - it's down right fun!
