I LOVE the way you colored the hair. seriously.
And well, the nose might be way too close to her eyes though..Her neck also seems stiff and uncomfortable. But that hand..I love it too.
In the left side of the 'picture' or her right bangs, I think it would look better if you add more volume to it..add more hair for her bangs that is.
But I really like it. ^3^

I can't agree with the person bellow me 3:
I don't think the hair is stiff at all. Infact I find the hair is coloured very nicely!
Perhaps you did edit a little too much though - I'm not sure as I don't know very much about digital colouring. XD'
I can see there are a bits and pieces that could have gone better but overall i think this is a nice picture which you managed to give a nice feel!
It has this nice mystic touch which mostly comes from the lighting around it along with her expression!

and sorry but, i think her hair looks too stiff/hard. maybe it would be better if you used thinner lines for it?
my tablet is kinda cheap too! it's wacom bamboo pen. it's a very simple tablet but it works. XD

I did try to make the lines too thin since I changed the opacity of it. Seriously, I'm not good with digital art yet =_=
Ohh I'm using a Kanvus and its cheaper than a Wacom! Whenever I found out what tablets people are using, it ended being Wacom or Genius. Its not that I think they are good tablets, I just feel like I'm the only one who used a different brand >__>
