"With the will of fire we will forge a path to victory! On our honor, Konoha shall live and Orochimaru shall fall!"The warriors of the resistance! A handful of them, anyway XD It's after the six-month timeskip, as before it the New Konoha 'uniform' was all black, but at this point they've crafted some crude armor. Most of the armor, leather pads or metal plates, is green; almost everyone's got a black shirt and black pants; most belts are green, and though you can't tell with this picture some (Chouji, Sakura, etc) have one black sleeve and one green one. ...I'm cringing at the thought of coloring this many people T-T
Shikamaru's outfit is already in color, anyway: [link] . I kind of window traced that one at the start instead of drawing him again
We've got Ebisu, Mitarashi Anko, Namiashi Raido, Kamizuki Izumo, Hagane Kotetsu, Morino Ibiki, Umino Iruka, Yamashiro Aoba, Shiranui Genma, Akimichi Chouji, the 'Hakage' Nara Shikamaru, Haruno Sakura, Hyuuga Hanabi, Inuzuka Kiba, and a slightly bigger Akamaru (not a dog-shaped horse yet, but getting there!) XD

Hinata or Naruto or Lee? Well, that's because they're not in New Konoha
They're basically chased out of the village in chapter one, and not long after Orochimaru reveals himself and declares the birth of 'New Sound.' The resistance (named 'New Leaf' in mockery) begins with Shikamaru, Chouji, Sakura, and Kiba, those who supported Naruto and tried to protect him; Neji, Tenten, Shino, and Ino decide their best choice is to accept Orochimaru's rule.
The story is basically told on two 'fronts': Naruto, Hinata, and Lee as they travel, train, and work gain support in preparation to retake the village, and the goings on within the village itself, divided and locked in civil war, shown through the eyes of Neji and Hanabi.
Most jounin were imprisoned by Orochimaru, so there are only up to chuunin and tokubetsu jounin in this pic.
So, Naruto, Hinata, and Lee aren't in this pic because though they support New Leaf they're not in the village itself at the time. There are pictures of them in my gallery, though

Oh! My bad, I was kind of assuming you'd read the summary and info stuff in my comment box at the top. So I thought you were asking, since Naruto, Hinata, and Lee are main characters in the summary, why they weren't in the picture.
