The lay of the land and background still says its in the sky to me. But its ok - I'll just shape my views alittle more.
Also, I just read comments from you and our favorite Fiddle-loving artist - So Fiddle is going to have a role in this story too, huh?

I think it will be fun to read the view I have written for him about Runeterra and especially the shadows Isles
He is here for a reason after all
And nothing wrong with criticism, clarity is something I want to work and improve on, especially when this comic is my first times doing any sort of Backgrounds and Landscapes.

Well, I'd imagine the fear is practically palpable in Bilgewater - whether its in the still inhabited places and the ransacked areas where the Mist attacked. Fiddle can dine on it all for months and still not be sated XD. In my mind, I just see him as an unintentional benefactor to all of this. Ever since Riot said they didn't want all the spooky characters to come from the Shadow Isles, I imagine he sensed the increase in fear and came running to feast on it (I don't know why he eats the fear, I just thought it XD).
As for the background and the mountain skull face, its kind of in a wonky place at the moment anyway. You are balancing out the fact that Smuggler's Cove is deserted (not really actually ^_^) and its really dark, while also showing the sky with a setting sun and twilight is on its way. It can be challenging, I'd imagine

There were so many BR's there that for a second I thought that there was a brazilian in the shadows.

Definitely meant to be "lightbringer" with whatever accent or speech impediment this character has... but that' just it: I don't know what accent or speech impediment this character has, I don't even know what this guy is. Clearly Shadow Isles, but other than that...
