Lani is effortlessly beautiful. She stands out amongst the other wolves for her single toned silvery coat. Her coat is soft and thick, designed to withstand the winters she was born into. Her eyes are a striking pale blue, almost white, mesmerizing when spotted. She is short, but not stocky. Her tail is fluffier than average, and her ears are a bit larger and out-turned to hear the more subtle sounds during wintertime. Her paws are dainty and fade into a bit lighter of silver. Though she doesn't pay much attention to it, her fur is typically laying beautifully, though in a messy manner. Her muscles are toned but not excessively. She is slender but not scrawny. Built for the arctic, her scruff is thicker and stands a bit taller than average. In the winter her coat gets a littlw lighter, closer to the tone of her mittens. The opposite happens in the summertime.

Lani was born into the Dark moon pack, once small and banded together in hopes of sieging power from the banes. They were new to the land, still learning to grow. As was Lani when her life began. She was close with her mother and father as a pup, but can't remember more than just their scents. As she was only a few months old when she'd lost them. On the year of her birth, the winter was particularly brutal, lasting further into the spring. The mountains were frigid as the pack climbed to the top to pay their homage to Onara as they did each month. But Lani was disinterested, always drawn away by the mysteries of life. The thing to note here is, the Dark Moon wolves are not the only wolves to call to each full moon. The Banes did so, too, atop their territory of the north mountain. Though on the other side of the south mountain... that is where the Dark Moon pack would celebrate. Something about that year was different, though. But Lani would never know just what. As the young dame traversed among the lower lands--having snuck away from her pack--she was filled with joy, discovering a love of exploration. But all of a sudden, a deep rumble and shaking of the ground beneath her pulled her from the lands of mystery. Deep in her heart, she felt something was wrong. Very, very wrong. With every ounce of her strength, she bolted to the edge of the forest, following the scary sound. She was brave that evening. Maw agape, and eyes shot wide, she stared up at the south mountain, squinting. She couldn't quite make out what was going on, but there was certainly movement. Then, the heavy pitter-patter of several sets of adult paws had her audits alert.Slinking back out of the way, four of the pack wolves bolted past her, not even noticing her there. "Save yourselves!" one called back toward the mountain, but this confused Lani... as no one was there. That night, she waited, and waited, and waited. The rumbling had stopped as quickly as it had begun, but no one else returned to camp. Not more than a few other strangers in her pack. Lani didn't know many other packmates than her family. So she waited... but they never returned from the mountaintop. As dawn fell upon the valley, reality was beginning to set in. Nairi was on her own now... but should she return? Where could she go? Who did she know? To be continued...

☽Personality Strengths:

Nairi is Playful. She somehow always finds a way to make things fun. She sees no use in moping around and ruining a group activity over any sort of failure. She is a positive wolf.

Nairi is Adventurous. She is always down to try new things. She loves a change in pace, and never quite got herself into a routine. She's always first to step up to the plate and get things done.

Nairi is Personable. Each wolf she comes to know will feel loved by her. She findsa way to make everyone in her presence feel special, and she doesn't do this in a fake way, either.

☽Personality Weaknesses:

Nairi is Flirty. Though this may be a positive thing, in Lani's case, she usually gets herself in trouble with this. She is witty and sarcastic, and good at flirting, but doesn't really realize it when doing so, so she often leads others on without meaning to.

Nairi is Closed-Off. Though she comes off a bit more bubbly than the rigorous pack wolves of the Dark Moon, she is usually doing this as a shield. She seldom, if ever, shows her negative emotions. She has not healed yet from the loss of her family, but would never admit that. In fact, not many in the Dark moon pack even know she had one. Only the elders at this point.

Nairi is Forgetful. She has ADHD tendencies, but she hasn't gotten this looked at. She sometimes forgets instruction, or forgets what she was meant to be doing. This doesn't help especially when she's attempting to form a relationship or friendship.

February 2023 Update:Hi everyone! Things have been very slow for our group in recent weeks, but it is indeed a busy season! But it all worked out, because the server had enough down time so that I could work in one of the larger updates in the world of TGSB. First off, we have a brand new server! It's still TGSB, but I had to open a new server so that I could properly organize everything. I wanted things to be properly set up for the update drop. Their history is complicated, and all that is known is there is a rift between the gods, and a rift between the packs. But why?Many moons ago, there was an unknown disagreement between the kin of Britdia and Selmos. It is blurry and uncertain, but the elders seemed to take the sides of their kin, passing on into the afterlife with a deep-rooted hatred for one another. Each family blamed the other for the pain and death of their elder, who would later on be honored as gods. It is even said that the disease outbreak among the outlanders was a warning from Onara, a sign from the gods. The moment that the outlanders began to mingle with the Starry Banes, death and disease wiped them out. Was it a coincidence, or fate? Who's to tell. The Dark Moon Wolves believe that the disease was an attempt at ecologial warfare... placed there by the Starry Banes. Their pack was nearly wiped out, believed to all have been dead.
