She gets the reddish-brown tones from her father, and the white from her mother. She's kind, and playful, and open to many things. Like her mother, she always has been. However, her heart has been scarred. At the age of around 4 and a half months old (living with her single mother in the south of France) she joined her friends to go off and 'explore' a nearby ship. There were strange creatures aboard, but for whatever reason, the pups did not fear them. In fact, they were lured in by the tasty smells and unique actions aboard the ship. Unfortunately for the small group of friends, the ship cast off before they were able to return to shore. For the next two months at sea, one by one her the group of puppies was losing numbers. On pup thrown overboard during a storm, another passing from a strange illness. The last of them left was Capucine, the lighthearted fae turned fearful by this voyage. The ship wrecked off the coast of Losillsle, and Capucine fled for the mountains, where she met the Banes and was welcomed in quickly. Soon the sailors (those who survived) were rescued, leaving their beloved ship behind to mold into the island. Unknowingly, the entire time she'd spent--until very recently--within the Banes, Capucine was living amongst her long lost father. She did not figure this out, of course, because she'd never met him before. Nor, did she even know she had a father. That, and she was more focused on learning the native language (English) than seeking out possible relatives. But eventually, Rowtag recognized Capucine's resemblance to her mother. They are now working on patching up the holes of lost time and trauma. Capucine regularly sees the Omicron Zarin about her troubles, and is slowly learning how to make friends within her new pack.☽Personality Strengths : * *This will be expanded to 2 when she reaches the age of 1 year, and 3 when she becomes an adult. Capucine is Insightful. She spends much of her mental energy on processing emotions, and the actions she perceives from others. She has unlocked this trait in the midst of the Omicron, learning how to harness her creative mindset and put it to good use. She is very observant of others and uses that information to act accordingly. ☽Personality Weaknesses: * *This will be expanded to 2 when she reaches the age of 1 year, and 3 when she becomes an adult. Capucine is Anxious. She struggles with her self image, and thinks often about what is expected of her. She fears abandonment and is afraid of sudden changes and loud noise. Her heart rate is often faster than the average, and this may make her act irrationally, or overreact to small issues. This is a trauma response, so it might evolve, but for now it is her biggest weakness. ☽Extras: -Capucine suffers from Generalized Anxiety, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictant food intake disorder).-Capucine only partially knows english, and her french accent is still pretty thick. All she knows, is she was born into the royal family of the Selmos'. Supposedly, a descendant of Selmos himself, but Malai doesn't personally believe that to be true. Until she was about six months old, she was living in close quarters with her brother and father, often used as a target for hatred or her brother's lessons on being stern. One fateful day, when things were about to go too far in this realm, Malai escaped by the hair on her neck. She escaped the royal cave, ran away, and never looked back. Previously unknown to the pack, and presumed dead by her father, she re-invented herself to the commoners as an orphan, going by "Mal.". She practically raised herself, doing her best to fit in amongst the masses. She avoided her brother and father at every crossroads, and was luckily never discovered by them until Anais' revolt against the Selmos monarchy. During that very week, she was recommended to be named Delta (third in command) by the Betas. At first, she had declined, wanting to keep her existence a secret from her brother (whom no one knew she was related to). But on the day of Anais' revolt, Malai had fought to protect the pack, helping the warriors chase away Anais and capture anyone in support of the cause. There was one supporter that hadn't been tracked down yet: Veraura-Atia, a beloved Necromancer to the pack. Malai was the one to find her, the opposing she-wolf just about to lay paws on Basilius. Even having just recently entered adulthood, Malai stood her ground, and did her best to protect her brother. Which, is when the two siblings met again after their first separation in Malai's pup-hood. From then on, her brother named her the pack's Delta to keep her close and out of harm's way. They don't get along, but they keep each other alive. Her relation to the current Alpha (Basilius) is still unknown to the masses. ☽Personality Strengths: Malai is an Intellectual. She is intelligent, and is good at what she does. Malai spends time and detail on everything that she does, and is quick to understand things. This is separate from emotional intelligence. Malai feels that she doesn't need to take any extra steps to do her best, as she is confident in her way of thinking. She makes good decisions, and smart decisions. Malai is Confident. Malai knows herself, knows her beauty, and knows her intellect. She is confident in many aspects of herself, and therefore knows what she deserves. She is quick to call out wrongdoing to her, and doesn't settle for anything but the best. She is confident in her beliefs, and just about everything she does. Malai is Dependable. When it comes to sticking up for others--those who deserve it of course--Malai is your gal.
