I was doodling in Opencanvas, and this popped up. Petey's great.
Yep, those are starmen.. I wanted to do a very obvious 'outer glow', but..this isn't Photoshop. Oh well. o.oAnd it's only sorta chibi or SD, because Petey already has a big head and small body..
Materials: Optical mouse, Opencanvas 3 Plus, Paint Shop Pro 3.1

Buenos dias, this be the Captain snooping about the galleries! I gotta say you show some great talent. Its really nice to see someone being original with fan art. I especially like this one, cause like my great-great-great grand pappy used to tell me, "You can't be dumb with polka dots on yer bum!" ...So maybe he was a little off. But you did a wonderful job. If you take the time to look there's some great detail in it like the shine on the lips. You definitely show talent so continue being original with your work cause that's what makes you stand out above all the others. Take care and keep on rockin'!
