So yeah, I'm a fan of Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes(and still ROYALLY pissed about its bullcrap cancelation). As such, I believe that there's still a plethora of stories that can be done with it. One of which being this idea here, heavily based off of the Justice League episode "A Better World."All characters belong to Marvel/Disney.

It's basically the Avengers' equivalent of the Justice League fighting the Justice Lords from the DC Animated Universe.

Basically, it'd be related to the Superhuman Registration Act that might've been tackled in the third season. In the Ultimates' universe, the Avengers became registered SHIELD agents and have pretty much become enforcers of SHIELD's authority(Janet Van Dyne's absence may or may not have some thing to do with this).
She's actually Ms. Marvel, and I based the "Ultimates" version on her Binary look/costume(seriously, it actually happened, look it up).

Ah ok. It's certainly a more interesting version of Carol Danvers that what actually is in the Ultimate universe.

You do have a point, though everyone really sees the SRA as a prelude to civil war and I think EMH did a certain form of that with the Avengers splitting up due to the skrulls.
She's not superpowered and she's basically a female Nick Fury since she has his same attitude and she's also the head of Shield.

Yeah, Ultimatum was the beginning of the end, though I thought there was still some good stories and characters made after that like with X-Men and new Spider-Man.
