Description
Another part of myΒ Steven Universe/Marvel crossover universe.After having her entire identity "leaked" to S.H.I.E.L.D.(courtesy of a certain horned God of Mischief), Lapis Lazuli had becomeΒ the most wanted person on the planet and was forced to go on the run, with everyone from security clerks to Nick Fury himself relentlessly hunting her down.
Wanting to try to help and protect his friend(though, for the life of him, unable to really deny her guilt), Steven sets-out to find Lapis in hopes of somehow being able to solve this debacle peacefully, the rest of the Crystal Gems following the young half-Gem(against their better judgement, in some cases). However, the Gems are soon intercepted by a team of Earth's superheroes calling themselves "The Avengers"(including the infamous "Hulk"), which quickly devolved the situation into a free-for-all battle between Gem and Avenger.
Steven Universe, Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, Peridot, and Lapis Lazuli belong to Rebecca Sugar and Cartoon Network.
Ironman, Thor Odinson, Antman, the Wasp, and the Hulk belong to Marvel Comics and Disney.

Did you ever watch the fantastic four cartoon from the 90s particularly the second season episode that had ghost rider appear and Penace stare Galactus because I think if he penance stared the Diamonds it should be similar to how that scene was done.

The reason I asked is because on a website called Change.org there is a petiton to get the Steven Unvierse Movie shown in theatres. As of right now it has reached it first goal of 100 signatures but it needs more to be able to succeed.If it is'nt to conveniant would you tell more people deviant art about it if they are intertrested. Thanks. Though, if you ask me, only Garnet vs Ironman, Peridot vs Wasp, and even Pearl vs Antman(before he grows giant) are the only match-ups that I would actually consider "fair fights"(Amethyst would be doing more running-away than fighting against the Hulk and the only thing protecting Steven and Lapis from Thor is Steven's shield).

Yeah, for all the powers that the Crystal Gems have, they really haven't been shown to be anywhere near the Avengers' level(with the CGs' recent confrontation with Yellow and Blue Diamond being the most glaring example of their general ineffectiveness in battle).
Oh, believe me, I'm right there with you. In fact, while it might be sad to say and not exactly the "fairest" comparison one could make, I honestly view this like comparing the MCU!Avengers with the Comics!Justice League: the two are on completely different power levels.

Speaking of Diamonds, how would the Avengers handle the Diamond threat?
I can see Hulk punch Yellow in the face, and I can see Hank talking to Blue down, and if that doesnβt work turn to Giantman and punch her, or shrink her down and pin her.

Infinitely better than the Crystal Gems did, that's for sure.
I can actually see one or both of the Diamonds admonishing Lapis for leaving the Court, only for her to respond as such:
"Well first of all, I was never part ofΒ your Court;"*gestures at glaring Yellow*"Second, I kind of predate you and your Court anyway;"*gestures at scowling Blue*(I headcanon that our Lapis is actually super-duper ancient, possibly even older than Blue Diamond herself, in an effort to explain her neon-light cyan complexion)"And third,"*smirks and points to the side*"We have a Hulk."*cue Hulk*
It's funny that you should bring-up Antman and shrinking the Diamonds, because that more-or-less exactly how I would've defeated Yellow and Blue in this crossover: have Hank make a couple Pym Particle arrows for Hawkeye and then have Clint, someone who's famous for never missing a shot, snipe their gemstones(since I doubt it'd work on their bodies, what with them being hard-light projections and all).
On the subject of Hank(and/or Janet) growing giant, I can just see Blue and Yellow's floored expressions at witnessing a human grow to their size.
Also, I'm pretty sure Thor dropping Mjolnir onto Blue or Yellow could pin them down to the ground.
