Description
My redesign for Pesky Dust.Design-wise, he's pretty much a hybridization of his OV incarnation and Zigwolf 's redesign . I've also tweaked his powers a bit; he can still create make sleeping dust(which he's naturally immune to, for obvious reasons) and can peer into the dreams of those affected by it, but can't manipulate the dreams.
Ben 10 belongs to Man of Action Studios and Cartoon Network.
Pesky Dust belongs to Derrick J. Wyatt and Cartoon Network.

Well, powers wise instead of having speed, he could have enhanced senses like enhanced sight, smell, and hearing.
Design wise, he could be more feline like simillar to this one:

Yeah, I also suspect that to be the case(though, I've heard one or two alternative theories as to the potential nature of their genders), I just don't really see how this is a "redesign"...

I am SO hoping...
Though I am gonna have him have the shirt and pants combo as well XP BUT I am keeping the high pitch voice, just for the humor of Ben still having a slightly feminine alien

Though I am keeping the being able to manipulate dreams thing, but its actually straining if he put multiple people to sleep as he would have to multitask multiple dreams at once. And if the target has a strong enough will power, they can break free from the dream world Ben can cook up for them.

That's fine; if you want to keep his powers the same, then more power to you(nice way of giving his powers limits, btw).
I personally just prefer to reserve the "enter/manipulate dreams" idea for a different alien(perhaps, even, a "darker" alien).

Like wiht giving him Crabdozer armor for protection against physical attacks, or Muccilator's gooey sacks to make his opponent more sticky, etc. It's basically a way for him to show off his powers prior to joining with Ben ;;;

In that, he weaponizes the DNA the best he can, not just 'morphing them into weapons'. And of course, if the DNA gets corrupted (Say, with those Nanites I mentioned before), he cannot access the DNA as they are getting corrupted.
