Description
The first Burger of the day from the very second episode ever of Bob's Burgers. Bob intended for this to be called the Never Been Feta Burger, but as he was trapped in a crawlspace, he asked Louise to write it up on the chalkboard instead, and due to Louise being Louise, she changed the name to the Foot Feta-ish Burger. Since that is what went up on the board, that is what I am naming this photo. While I love Louise's dark and twisted sense of humor, in all honestly, I hate the foot fetish, mainly because I see it consists of pedophiles and I hate genuine pedophiles.

Now that aside, how were the burgers? They were okay, but they're my least favorite of what I have cooked so far. The first one actually made me sick and I threw it up. I was able to eat the others without getting sick, but I did so in smaller portions. The main problem here was the mustard as it was too strong. If I try to cook these again, I'll sub the yellow mustard with dijon mustard. Arugula, feta cheese crumbs, mayo, yellow mustard, and ciabatta buns were all used for this recipe and there were no substitutions. One thing that was optional to add was sriracha sauce, but I can't handle extreme spicy foods, so I excluded it.

Maybe if someone else makes these, they'll enjoy them more, but for me, a redo is planned to see if as I said dijon mustard would make it better on my end.

So far, this is also the only burger I did not make a side of fries to go with due to the first one making me sick, so I didn't want to over do things and risk getting sick again.
