These are the Don't Get Crème Fraîche With Me Burgers which were the 2nd Burgers of the Day in Bob's Burgers, Season 2, Episode 9: Beefsquatch.

These are burgers made with blueberries, bread crumbs, Crème Fraîche, basil, and spring mix. I had to substitute the Crème Fraîche as it was not available at my nearest supermarket. I used Daisy Sour Cream instead which is a good substitute.

Overall, these were very delicious. These may be my second favorite burgers of the four I have made so far. Hummus a Tune Burger still remains at the top, but I feel this is a very close second.

The basil sour cream added some very nice flavor, but I feel the hero were the blueberries. I mixed them with breadcrumbs into the beef and the sweet yet tame flavors of them really gave the beef a kick and made it much more savory. It kind of adds with the sour cream to the phrase "sweet and sour" and it really works here.
