This is the Hummus a Tune Burger which was the Burger of the Day in Season 4, Episode 18 of Bob's Burgers: Ambergris.

As a guy who likes hummus, I wanted to give these a try and they were delicious.

Everything was fresh ingredients except for the buns which are Safeway's Signature Select brand and I got them on sale and the hummus which was also on sale. I wanted to make my own hummus, but we don't have a big enough processor to dice all the ingredients for it. So I bought the Sabra brand of roasted garlic hummus instead to make up for it, and if you have to do the same, I strongly recommend this brand of hummus as it's delicious.

I followed the recipe from the official cookbook, but someone wrote down a version of the recipe as well here:

The garlic hummus definitely added a nice smooth flavor while the roasted red peppers added a small sweet taste I really like. These are definitely winners and I strongly recommend you cook them!

The other burgers of the day in the episode where and I say in order:
1. Sweet Home Avocado Burger
2. To Err is Cumin Burger

Hummus a Tune was number 3 in the episode. The other two recipes are also in the book and I would like to cook them at some point.

This post includes fries so now it looks like it is served from Bob's Burgers (except he has pure white plates instead of fish patten ones). I wish I could make my own fries, but I don't currently have all the required tools for it. Once I can get said tools, I will give making my own fries a shot. These are Signature Select, the Safeway brand of fries, and they taste fine, so I'm not complaining. I just wanted to make my plate look like it was from the show.
