Biography:
Feliciano is Spanish from Mexico. When he were in his age of 10,
he was sold as a slave to a wealthy noble family due to his gambler father.

When he was sold, he was being fully loyal and obey whatever does his noble master said, but all he get was being torture, he escaped and tries to ask for help from the police officers but all they did is ignore and give him a cold feet which makes him lives in a life of hatred. This incident makes Feliciano believe that there is no true justice in this world, justice comes after money.

Until he were age of 18, his noble master died due to over dose drugs and he make a chance to escape to New York and he founded Los Sabuesos through Juice Joint and he joined in as an errand runner. Meanwhile, he earned some cash for studies and manages to be a doctor (surgeon)[Because He wish to be more useful to the gang in some ways] and turned into a drug dealer as a doctor(for more cash and revenge to the nobles).

Feliciano felt that he is living in a society of betrayal until he joined Los Sabuesos that welcome him warmly and accept him as who he was until now, but he still wants to seek revenge on the nobles who have the same acts as the ones he encountered(Feliciano wants them to suffer and die the way his ex-noble master did) by owning cash and power to "access" some "forbidden path" of the rotten society.
