I don't understand "Obscure Pokémon" and its typing. Aren't they supposed to be the opposite?

obscure means not clear or vague so it's like a fancy word of stating that it is weird... which it is! XD

I recommend calling it The Weird/Indistinct/Indefinite Pokémon it would make much more sense because obscure can have other meanings
