That's what attracts me to wart hogs. They seem to have flat hair unless they are mad and excited, and just like a dog their hair raises up and bristles. They look like crazy punk rockers.

I like funky hairdos on warthogs and people. I think they are a bit crazy, but they sure make the world more interesting!

They are a strange looking creature, but rather interesting in their own way. Thank you, I'm glad you like him, but then we wouldn't want to run into one out in the woods or while trying to sleep in our tent!

You did a wonderful job on him. I was climbing through some waterfalls in Hana,Maui with a Annette back in the early nineties and we saw a boar on the other side of the pool we were at and Annette and I both climbed up the same tree and waited for it to leave

They are Very BIG, and can be highly dangerous...remember Old Yeller...I'm glad Annette was nimble and quick and neither of you were hurt. They are big and tempermental so you don't want to get them angry! I am not nimble or quick anymore, and I now have a cautionary fear inside of me that says be careful, be aware of your surroundings, it's very odd to have that voice in my head. I don't think it would be possible to climb a tree anymore. I'm just happy to be alive and kicking!
