Tattoo number six.This is the tattoo that had all the secrecy surrounding it.
The story behind it:
I have a very close bond with my aunty, who lives near London... 11000 miles away from me in Australia. Oceans have been crossed to see each other, which is why we decided on a girlier version of the old-school sailor's swallows.
But we have also journeyed through a lot of emotional stuff too, and we journey side by side, despite the distance.
They are at different heights, as she lives in the northern hemisphere, and I in the southern.

I think this is an absolutely great idea. I think its great that you and your aunt have such a close bond. I love how you made the birds be on different levels to represent where you both live. I love it all around!

I'm all for tattoos, and encourage people to get them, provided it's the right design, for the right reasons. Skulls and dragons just because the look gook I am strongly against.
It's always nice to know someone likes my tattoos, not that it matters if they don't, because I put a LOT of meaning into my tattoos.
