I finally got around to coloring this picture. Not too bad, and I even have a "background" of sorts, thanks to stock art from . Did I mention how much I detest doing backgrounds?

I could have done a lot more to punch up the shadows, but I'll admit it, I didn't want to mess up all my pretty colors. Maybe later I'll be brave and really give it some drama.

In the meantime, here's Cadence, a young sorceress on a covert mission at a very dangerous ball. And her ties with the devil-worshiping court are much stronger than she knows...
