Oh my goodness, Navy Pier. (I'm assuming. If not, than I am oblivious to the other Ferris wheel in Chicago.) I am so jealous. I also went, but I regrettably left my camera in my hotel room, so all I have are cell phone pictures. (Insert a shudder here.) Very well done. How on Earth did you manage to capture it without people inside?

I like this one but I think it would've been better if you angeled a little to the right to give us a better view of the ferris wheel from bottom AND from the side/front.
And you tend to do your shots late in the afternoon. Just think what this photo would do with a nice blue sky behind.
