Description Iguana portrait. I love iguanas, their shape and colours have always interested me and im glad i've finaly painted one!
This was painted on canvas (im not sure of the size) with watercolour.

I like the texture on his... chin... thing. You know what I mean xD And all the scales And the colours blend really nicely. ^^

Thank you 8D its called a dewlap under his chin they use it as a display.
im pleased with the scales, i need to get used to painting them.

It is a beautiful painting. i like the way you define the focal point using black color of the pupil against the warm color of the iris and surrounding tinted colors. The eye flow is also well balanced. Great Work !
