By purchasing my art and adoptables, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. If there are any questions or concerns. These rules also count if you bought my adoptables through someone else! if you are reselling an adoptable made by me make sure the new owner knows the rules!

Payment rules for commissions and adoptables

If paying with PayPal. The payment should be made through invoice method. I will ask you to provide me with your PayPal email address.ALL payments must be made with YOUR PayPal. Do not use anyone else their account to purchase from me. Please inform me if someone else if paying for you! (in case of vouchers)Payment is due in full up front. I will not work on your commission before I received full payment.
Payment must be made within 24h. If you need more time please let me know.This is unless you have d

For 12$ extra I will draw the adopted OC a headshot like here

( I will choose expression and pose, u can make small suggestion but I'd prefer all freedom in these)

I made these with them being male gender in mind, but I don't mind if you changed their gender after purchase!

I could add eye lashes to make them more feminine, just ask.

Can do small color / edit changes for free! nothing too complicated though

Ignoring these rules will result into being blocked/banned from future buying from me. Block/ban list

You may resell the adopt, but not more than what you paid for, but please let me know who the new owner is.
Trading and gifting is fine, but please let me know who the new owner is.
I do not allow people to copy/steal/trace my adoptables or artwork.
I will not resell to new/suspicious/empty accounts for own safety
Holds are fine, but only if you are 100% sure of the purchase. No backing out please.
Backing out, hiding comments and ignoring notes about purchase will result into being blocked.
(sorry but I'm tired of dealing with these kind of people)
Holds are okay, but please don't ask for very long holds!
No refunds.

Adopt info

Outfits may be given to any gender after purchase. (for outfit adoptables)
Adopt genders can be changed after purchase. (for regular adoptables)
When buying the adopt, you will receive version without watermark.
When you upload the design on TH make sure to credit my TH account which is: Hunibi
